We are currently looking to add to our team of recruitment professionals in response to the growing demand for our services from both candidates and clients


The ideal candidate will have a proven winning track record in personal and team target achievement and possess the following skills


Skills


- Proven ability to successfully develop new and manage existing accounts


- Experience in IT recruitment advantageous


- Continuous development and achievement of own business pipeline and sales target


- At least 2 years knowledge and experience within recruitment


Duties for this role include:


- Meeting clients, developing a good understanding of their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.


- Maintain and develop current client relationships and target new business development opportunities in order to maximize the potential of your market area.


- Actively develop knowledge of your marketplace to enable the generation of new and continued business pipeline, through canvass calling, use of marketing, networking and lead generation.


- Completing a thorough search of the candidate database to find the best candidate for the client


- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates.


- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.


- Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.


- Organising interviews for candidates and informing the outcome and feedback of these interviews to both candidates and clients.


- Negotiating terms and conditions and finalising arrangements between client and candidates.


- Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs
